Batumi’s mixed-use
urban landmark.
Alliance Centropolis is planned as a city-within-a-city on Batumi Boulevard, 50 metres from the sea. Its programme combines hospitality, business, investment apartments, retail, entertainment and recreation within one waterfront complex.
The project brings together a five-star Hyatt Centric hotel and the World Trade Center, including dedicated exhibition space. Twenty-four infrastructure components are designed to keep the complex active across business and leisure seasons.

Parametric by

The three sculptural towers use algorithmic, parametric geometry to create a recognisable coastal silhouette. Curved façades frame views towards the sea, Batumi Boulevard and the city while the shared podium holds the project’s public and commercial programme.
