Origami
The art of island living, where architecture, hospitality and investment meet. The project
A new address
on the island.
Origami is a multifunctional complex on Ambassadori Island Batumi, bringing premium living, hospitality, technology, wellness and investment into one coastal destination. The project is conceived as a complete ecosystem rather than a stand-alone residential tower.
Its setting is part of an 84-hectare island masterplan, where almost half of the territory is reserved for greenery and recreation. The result is a rare proposition for Batumi: urban-scale infrastructure with the privacy and horizon of an island.

New York thinking.
Batumi horizon.
The façade concept was developed with SHoP Architects, the New York practice behind internationally recognised projects including Steinway Tower, Barclays Center and Uber Headquarters. At Origami, that expertise is translated into layered terraces, planted outdoor spaces and a lighter coastal silhouette.
