Alliance Renaissance is a first-line investment complex in Kobuleti, built around a sports and wellness concept rather than a conventional resort formula. The Black Sea sits 30 metres away, with sea, city and mountain views planned across the apartments.
More than 25 wellness, therapeutic, sporting and recreational spaces bring treatment, movement, recovery and hospitality together. The aim is a destination with relevance beyond the summer season.

Art Nouveau,
reinterpreted.
The architecture draws on the flowing geometry of early twentieth-century Art Nouveau. Earthy and golden tones, strong vertical lines and rounded podium forms give the complex a warmer identity while connecting it visually to the coastal landscape.
